Request for Exemption from Measure L Parcel Tax Residents over the age of 65 and low income residents with disabilities may qualify for an exemption from this tax. The exemption form can be downloaded by clicking on the PDF application below. You may also pick up an exemption form at the Dublin Unified School District Office at 7471 Larkdale Ave. at any time between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. District staff would be happy to help you complete the application. The application form requires you to list your parcel block of lot number. This is typically an eight digit number beginning with "941". If you are not sure you are using the correct number, bring our tax bill or tax assessment to the district office and we will assist you in locating the correct number.
